The worker gave me a time window in which to expect him. He kept me informed re arrival time. He came prepared to work. He cleaned up his work mess and more. He kept me updated as work progressed. He noted some structural problem that affected the ease of doing the job. We declined that repair. All in all, the person was informative and did a good job, leaving my dryer better than it was found. I was very pleased.

The company was responsive and scheduled the appointment to our schedule. The estimate was the same as work completed. The technician explained the dryer also needed to have the lint removed, too. There was an additional fee. I would call them again.

Last week my husband and I had an outstanding experience with Learsi HVAC and Plumbing for an assessment of our dryer vent system. We opted for a new dryer vent system installation with Learsi. From our bid request through Angi, Itai of Learsi came to give us an estimate in less than two hours and arrived early. We found him to be very knowledgeable, patient, and good natured. For the job itself, he and his crew arrived on time and did exactly what was promised. During the inspection, Itai carefully assessed our old system and used a special video camera. He lowered also it into our crawl space under the dryer to inspect the existing vent system and work area, providing him and us with a clear visual of the issues. He explained everything in detail, educating my husband and me about what needed to be done for a safe and efficient vent system. Itai even drew diagrams to help us fully understand the necessary work. The installation was no small task?the vent had to run from the back of our dryer, down to the floor, across an 8 ft span, in a very low crawlspace before exiting the house through a metal vent housing, And his crew is very detailed oriented, ensuring was done to code and with safety in mind, then they install the metal floor plate for fire safety, and to be sure small crevices in our tile would be covered. They used straight metal piping with gradual turns to minimize airflow resistance, ensuring our dryer operates efficiently and safely. They maintain a professional, polite, and good natured attitude throughout the process. If your are looking for a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, meticulous, and cares about safety, and efficiency, my husband and I highly recommend Learsi HVAC & Plumbing. I am very please with the work he did and went beyond what I expected, to clean the wall up to the third floor. He checked the outlet there to ensure that the exhaust was working properly.
