Very honest. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. On time, clean work. Very satisfied. Will now be my go to plumber.

Replaced kitchen sink, fixed toilet, cleaned bathtub drain. Layman Plumbing arrived on time and did the work quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Paitently explained my various options for each job and did not push for most expensive option. William was very easy to have around for a few hours: pleasant, polite, respectful, and hard working.

A job well done. He showed us exactly what was needed before moving forward with the work. Very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use him again when needed.

You should call Layman plumbing because theyâ re professional, competent and get the job done the first time. Will with Layman plumbing fixed my main drain line and I canâ t recommend them enough! It was a tough job and they never complained or gave up! It was a big emergency as my home backed up with sewage and we couldnâ t use clean water. Will came out IMMEDIATELY and got to work. He didnâ t stop until it was fixed completely even though he had to run to get parts and it got late at night. Another tech came to expedite it all when they realized the complexity too. Price didnâ t change. I appreciated that they werenâ t trying to save money in labor but in fact cared about getting the job done for me and my familyâ s sake. The fact I called someone who truly cared was luck on my part. Lotta people tried to gouge me. Lotta people blew me off saying it was the cityâ s problem (it was my problem, in my yard, city did their part). Layman plumbing saved me money but even more importantly treated me with honesty and integrity which saved me stress and anxiety which truly costs me more considering Iâ m self employed and needed to use my own water! I waited and waited for plumbers to over price me, then had to wait for them to come take my money! So I called Layman and they were prompt and fair. Call someone who cares, call Layman, I actually used them several times but this is my first review. And Iâ ve referred them plenty too with nothing but compliments coming back to me from family; so thereâ s that.

I live in Richardson and my toilet kept running so William came and replaced the part that was causing the problem. It works perfectly now. My outdoor faucet was dripping and William replaced the washer and it works great now. William is very knowledgeable and also very friendly.

I canâ t say enough about how easy it was to work with this company. They kept me informed and did excellent work. I appreciate their offering options and allowing me to weigh them in order to space out the repairs that I needed taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs. They were prompt, polite, and affordable. Well done!
