I hired Alexander to handle the rebuild process for drywall and reflooring a rental property I manage and am extremely grateful that I did. Alexander was not only very knowledgeable and gave me a great quote in terms of pricing, but he was also extremely flexible with unexpected changes and multiple change /additional work orders that we needed to make after we encountered various materials-related setbacks. He coordinated directly with the tenants to make all parties happy, and once we were able to start work, his crew were very time-efficient and were able to get things done quickly. I absolutely would recommend Lasal Construction to anyone.

Absolutely the best contractor I've ever worked with (and there have been many). This was a fairly complicated, $150K residential renovation. The work was outstanding, the price was half that of other bidders, and working with Alex Ilnitsky, the owner and foreman, and his crew was a pleasure. In fact, I'm so pleased with Lasal Construction that I told Alex that if he had a potential client with a major (>$100K) renovation, he could bring them by my house to see the quality of his work.

Alex of LASAL Construction is very knowledgeable, clearly takes pride in his work, and is hard working and was easy to work with. I initially planned to only get a quote to fix the dry rot on the side of my house. I ended up also hiring him for drywall finish and interior wall painting. The work was done quickly, professionally, and within budget. When something unexpected came up, he always communicated that and explained in detail. Alex went out of his way several times to make sure things went smoothly with inspections/permits and made sure painting was done before I moved in. He is a superior contractor and I definitely recommend.

As many of the previous reviewers mentioned, Alex and his team came to the site on time, made sure the worksite was cleaned up before going back home each day and delivered 120% in skill and effort. Alex also gave us a reasonable price, sound advice, minimized any discomfort we might experience throughout the process, kept all promises, and provided information on codes & safety issues.
