They had to come back out to get the inverter correctly connecting to the internet and that took about a week, but when their rep was able to get back out, he resolved the issue quickly.

Had to fix some problems during the sale of a home, and they were able to get creative with me in order to handle everything under code and still under a great price. Impressed with the outcome and quality. Great guys over Kosmos, would definitely recommend as they are honest and aren't looking to nickel and dime you! They let you know the truth!

We had to have a new electric panel installed and everything replaced, due to an unfortunate drilling attempt on the other side of the wall... The local chain electrical company charged us nearly $250 just to come and look at our panel, then quoted us another $3700 to install a new panel... I went to HomeAdvisor for a send opionion and Kevin from Kosmos called. I was worried that they were more âsolarâ the. âelectricâ but decided to give them a try, for a second quote. They sent over Ramon, their head electrician, within just a few hours and not only did he do a very thorough analysis of the damage we created... He was kind, didnât try to scare me into paying for anything I might not have needed and treated me with much respect. Anyway, they quoted me nearly $1300 less! They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical service. We will use them loyally, going forward!

The process after the initial consultation was very quick and easy. All signatures are done online and Kosmos Solar takes care of the HOA forms. In just over a month, they installed the panels. They made sure that it was installed so that it looks appealing on my roof. I'm very happy with the whole experience!

They made the experience smooth, personal and made sure it was done professionally. The customer service was outstanding. I liked the personal touch they added to their service. They kept the property clean by removing all trash after installation. The communication was excellent and they were quick to respond to my needs.
