The process of building our forever home with Jay was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I can't recommend Kobza Home Builders highly enough. This can be a stressful experience but we felt completely confident in Jay and he never let us down. I can honestly say Jay and his team exceeded my expectations at every turn. Jay and Shane are committed to doing things right and the quality and care was exceptional.

We just took possession of our new home, built by Jay Kobza. The building process was an amazingly positive one. We arranged it all from Florida and could only visit the site once. Jay was always easy to reach, he sent us photos showing the progress and demonstrated integrity every step of the way. We love our house- his attention to details and quality really show. The house feels "high end" but at a moderate cost.

Working with Kobza Home Builders was a wonderful experience! We were first time home buyers and were hesitant and nervous to jump into building a home. After meeting Jay and Shane we felt a sense of comfort and security that continued through the entire process. Jay did a great job of keeping us in our budget and thoroughly explaining things to us that were important but foreign (septic systems, finance process, county laws, etc). Shane answered my dozens upon dozens of phone calls and patiently answered the detailed questions and requests that seemed to come up on a regular basis! They always wanted to be sure we were comfortable with whatever situation was at hand and Jay and Shane wanted to be sure things were being done the way we wanted them. We liked the crews they work with and learned they choose to work with quality workers over speedy crews who may work faster and cheaper. Once we closed on our lot, the building process took 8 months from clearing the land to moving in. We had hoped it would be sooner, but the wait sure paid off and we are living in our dream home. Just the sense of trust we had in Jay and Shane was worth the wait, knowing other builders can really take advantage of people and leave them with a poor product that they paid a lot of money for! We would recommend working with Jay and Shane to anyone who is looking to build a custom home in the area. We are so thankful for the hard work of Kobza Home Builders! Thank you Jay and Shane!!!

Jay built a custom home for us. Although we were living 1000 miles away, he remained in contact via emails and texts. Whenever we came up to check on the project, he was always available and he had already set up appointments for cabinets, flooring, appliances, lighting, stone work, etc. After we moved in, he was always available to tweak little things, and he did most of this himself.

Throughout the process of building our first home, Jay and his team have been amazing to work with. They have done what they said they would and are on schedule to complete the home on time. We have changed/upgraded several things throughout the building process and they make sure it gets done just right. Great quality too!

Outstanding customized house and farm!

jay and shane do a very nice job at keeping the homeowner informed and giving sound advise during the build. They are very busy but always have time to answer any questions and address any concerns we may have had. I found them very nice to talk to and the house came out beautiful which is not always the case with all builders.i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great building experience.

He is a great builder who is honest, fair value, amazing crew, attention to detail is spot on. Always on time and under budget!
