Koala Insulation of Central Atlanta

Koala Insulation of Central Atlanta did a 5-star job installing our new-and-improved spray foam insulation into our attic. Now our home is more efficient, cleaner and temperature fluctuations have been evened out because the attic has been sealed from Atlantaâ s air â  no longer allowing car exhaust, brake dust, pollen, mold spores, dirt, pollution â to freely circulate in our HVAC systems. Ryan was 100% transparent/trustworthy throughout the process â  educating/answering my questions about spray foam insulation â  communicating expectations about removal of the blown-in fiberglass and spray foam install process. During the process, it was discovered there were numerous holes in the roof ridge cap shingles. Ryan helped facilitate connecting me to a roofing company to do an emergency inspection/quot. Iâ m very grateful this problem was discovered during during the insulation project and fixed properly. Ryan and his team simultaneously coordinated with the roofing company to complete the project as scheduled. I could not have asked for a better outcome. They were not only dependable, but also fast and extremely clean. They did "exactly" what, and how they told me they would do it. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in quality, dependable and fast foam-insulation.

Better than excepted. Great job and they cleaned every thing up. Plus the new insulation is working great. Much Cooler and much quieter. The cost was reasonable. Great value for what they did.

Both owners and their employees were excellent in customer service. They left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived. Since having insulation added to our attic and completing an air seal, our upstairs has remained much cooler! We used to have to keep our AC at 71-72 degrees just to get it to 76 degrees upstairs. Now we can have it on 75 and it is comfortable everywhere in the house! It made a big difference! The owners of the company were both very personable and I could tell they knew the business and products well. They were also flexible to make it work with my schedule.
