Robin Kitzman is unprofessional. Measured kitchen cabinets wrong, had to move kitchen door to fit. Wrong color cabinets-claimed I changed my mind. Ordered wrong size-she blamed delays on supplier, not her mistakes. Didnt quote paint job correctly-was 2 rms+hall, claimed my husband told her to paint only grt rm. Claimed made no money on paint yet doubled cost at billing when asked to paint addl rm. Didnt prep kitchen ceiling-her two different painters said it wasnt correctly prepped. Never completed kitchen I waited 2 mos-no response from her, so I hired another painter to complete. Tile good, but does not make up for very costly botched job.

We worked with Lasting Impressions on our home design project and found Ms. Scherzer to be very professional, experienced, and willing to work with our ideas and existing pieces while introducing many new ideas to us. She continues to be a joy to work with and we feel like we have received the highest quality.

Very professional company I had 3 companies come to our home and they were the only ones that seemed to actaully know what we needed. They started on time worked through the whole project and completed on time. I am VERY satisfied with my experience!

Good Work, Great people unlike any in Jax!

The contractors that were provided to do the job by Kitzman were very good. Overall project leadership by their interior decorator was very poor. The interior decorator who came over for quotes never came back to view the job during or after, only brought one tile for backsplash to be viewed prior to quote and no other choices. Also the job was not billed correctly as the trim and doors were not obviously called out in quote even though price was more than other quotes that included the trim. Price of removing the wallpaper was very high but the project did look good at end but certainly paid for it.
