Agreed to provide countertop and bar top, then said could not offer an upgrade to granite as a solution. Did respond to calls within 24 hours by calling, but did not do anything quickly. A cabinet door looked like a finish ran, but it was wood grain. I paid $100 for a replacement door, which I still, 17 months later, have not received But it is all ok because he sent me a (probably $5) bamboo cutting board with his logo afterward.

We had two walls removed and opened the living/dining room/kitchen room areas. Mike was the only person (out of 4 different companies) who created a design that worked for our layout + wants + needs. The final results were amazing.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job expanding our kitchen and totally changing the entire landscape of our first floor. We are happy to have roughly double the space in our new kitchen which is now a functional gathering place for our family and friends! Took a little longer than expected but well worth the wait!!!
