This is the 2nd time I have used KIS Property Solutions. This time to replace my living/dining room carpet with tile. Robert always arrives when he said he would. He does great work and cleans everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

Nice guy, polite, professional, appeared knowledgeable. Did an outstanding job removing wood floor, high quality care and effort. Took longer than planned. Installation of the new wood floor was a mess - not laid out, no board planning, gaps, cracks and poor design (rushing the install). Unfortunately, we need to redo ($$$$$).

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Raymond, After the first day of the installation Mr. Raymond notified us that his wife was not happy with the color of the wood floor and asked if anything could be done about it. I respectfully explained to him that the wood floor he purchased came in that color and there was nothing we could do beside stopping the installation, so they could decide if they wanted to purchase a different flooring or continue working with the materials we were given. He stated that he was happy with the work, his only negative comments were regarding his wife not being satisfied ,which I will not post. Therefore he asked me to continue working. At the end of the day he inspected the work and was very satisfied with it. Later he informed me that his wife was still not satisfied with the design and the color of wood they provided. He asked us to stop working and to advise him what could be done with the floor. I explained to him again respectfully that we could not change the color of the wood panels that he purchased. Also I explained to him that the design of the installation depends on the wood floor which in this case was called "RANDOM LENGTH" installation. Meaning that the wood panels come in many different sizes in each box. " not the best quality wood" In regards to Mr. Raymond's post about gaps and cracks" gaps between the wood floor and the baseboard are necessary and are then covered with quarter-round moldings. If they are any gaps between the wood panels, that is due to manufacture defects. I am unsored what Mr. Raymond means by the word cracks. Cracked pieces of wood, would never be installed and newly installed wood floor does not just crack. Ensuring material quality is a reason why our service includes free consultation at any local store before purchases are made. This services was also offered to Mr. Raymond which he declined. All I ask from a contractor is honest communication, quality work and a fair price. I received all of this and more from this contractor. KIS Property Solutions is now our "go to" contractor for our home improvement needs moving forward and I could not recommend them more highly! They provided a simple, cost effective solution to our hardwood flooring issue and the results of their work far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much to Robert and his crew!

Best contractor to do business with in FL. After having water damage in spare room, they came and replaced drywall and painted the whole room. Professional, punctual, very nice.
