    The guy who came out were very professional, however the repairs were done improperly and I have to hire a new company to redo their work. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

    We recently bought a home with a pool and are still learning all the ins and outs of it. So when are heater went out, I wasn't really sure where to start. The Kingfish pool guy, who came out, was very helpful. He walked me through a lot of my pool equipment and gave me tips on things I hadn't even asked about. He diagnosed my heater problem pretty quickly. I ended up fixing it myself since it was just a little part that need to be ordered and screwed in. They gave me quotes for fixing a few other things on the pool, I may have them done sometime in the future, but none of it is absolutely necessary right now. The charge for the guy to come out and inspect the pool/heater wasn't so bad and it would have gone towards the labor of repairs if I had chosen to have them fix it for me. I definitely picked the pool guys brain a bunch while he was here and got my money's worth of pool knowledge for sure.

    Called them to clean my pool that became green. They charged me a huge amount of money but they could clean it only after I had to floc it. So, I did... they came, they tried to clean it, not clean. They said "we can pass another day, but you have to talk with customer service" They wanted to charge me more for them to come back. Just an awful experience. Not recommended. You are better off on your own. ps. The pool was not dark green, it was light green. I learned how to do it and I did. Didn't take much.

    He's very tentative to any types of issues. If he needs to, he works on the holidays. I get the same guy, Alex, every time to work on my pool.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
