Write a ReviewChandler came over and diagnosed my broken washer with what seemed an easy fix. He did not seem to know exactly what he was doing and had to call his boss for advice. However, he was transparent with the cost and when he would be available so overall I decided to go with them. He replaced the washer part that he told me needed to be fixed but the same issue kept happening. I was told it was being overloaded if I still heard the same noises so I did what he recommended and still had the same problem, with a little back and forth he finally said he would come out again to diagnose it for free. All of that just to say it was a factory problem and I would need to call them. I do not think knew what he was doing from the beginning and then decided to not make it his problem anymore by saying it was a factory problem. I will be getting a second opinion.
Allison, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. During our visit, the technician explained that the issue with your washer's balance was due to a problem with the shaft on the gear case. He mentioned that this could be caused by overloading or, in rare cases, a factory defect. If the issue was covered under warranty, we could have replaced the faulty part. The technician provided you with a rough estimate for the repair and advised you to reach out once you'd made a decision. However, we did not receive any further communication from you. Regarding the suspension, it was indeed broken, which made it difficult to diagnose the issue with the gear case until the suspension rods were replaced. We took this step to ensure your washer operates smoothly and remains balanced moving forward. We strive to provide highest level of service and we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Best regards, Kidd & Sons Appliance Service
Chandler and his assistant were responsive to my needs of understanding that I just wanted to check to make sure they were running properly. I'd also put my washer and dryer up on a portly built platform to make it easier for me to get laundry out of the front loaders due to some eye surgery. The person who built it didn't make it big enough and so it caused the washer to be unbalanced. Chandler and his assistant were willing to help pull them off onto the floor and put the back where they had been and moved the platform out of the room. The washer works so well that I tagged him and said I don't think the water is on. He said I remember turning it on. So I ran a load of dry clothing and everything was damp and clean. I appreciate him holding my hand when I had questions
We were extremely pleased because we received very professional service . Super nice young man who seemed to know what we needed.
Technicians contacted me quickly and gave me an honest quote. Work was don efficiently and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend this family owned business.
I hired Chandler for a dishwasher repair and he was able to fix it on the spot with the exact needed parts. He was very polite, very honest, and he definitely knows his craft. Would definitely hire again!
