Series of mishaps on installation
the delivery of our material got delayed because of a mishap with the distributor had nothing to do with me for customer to leave some **** like that on somebody's **** profile is just beyond me
Showed up on time and finished a good job early. Doesn't get much better . . .
I hired Keystone for 2 separate jobs and Jason, Gary and Mark did a phenomenal job - first with my fence and then adding stairs and a gate to my deck to completely enclose the yard. Friendly and professional and the work looks amazing. ð ¯ would recommend
Jason Johnson, the owner, is a crook. He was hired to install a wooden fence for us. He provided us a written contract with the price, completed the job after SEVERAL months, and then charged over $1,000 more than the contracted price. The length in the contract was shorter than the length we ended up with, which should have been cheaper, not $1,000 more. Within a week of the project being completed, both gates broke, rendering them completely unusable. Jason refused to send someone out to fix these issues. He would not warranty his work. He threatened us via texts and emails when confronted about how poorly the customer service we were receiving was. The fence has now aged some and even after being cleaned and stained, is absolutely horrendous in quality. The main posts are splitting and will need to be replaced at less than 2 years old, the gates are warped and do not function. I could not recommend this company less, hire an actual professional.
Good people
We hired Keystone Fencing owned by Jason Johnson in 2021 to install a horse fence in Siler City. It was a bigger project for 27k. He finished on time and we were happy with the result. Because of that, we hired him again in December 2021 for installing a pool fence. Because of the financial difficulties, Jason was dealing with then, we made an exception to help him out and paid the entire amount of $8,800 upfront. By May 2022 the fencing was still not installed. We agreed with Jason that he will pay us the entire amount back. He paid back half immediately and then the payment stopped. Jason promised us payment many times and we agreed on a payment plan. The first 2 payments arrived on time and then the excuses started. With numerous text messages, phone calls, and letters he still owns us over 3k. He is not answering our phone calls anymore. At this point, we do not know Jasons whereabouts. The addresses he is using online are both not in service. If someone has dealt with him just recently and has any helpful information please help us and reach out to [email protected]. We appreciate any help.
We love our new fence! It's beautiful! They did an excellent job. Communicated well with us, did what they promised, cleaned up behind themselves, very polite workers. I would definitely recommend them
Keystone fencing is a class act. I was very pleased with the work they performed. I recommend this company to anyone that need fence work done. They met all expectations, price, quality and reliability.
I was very pleased with the person this company is sent to do the job
