I do not recommend him. He only wants his $69.00 in my opinion. He came out to clean the ducts but then complained it may damage his equipment so he declined to do the cleaning. I felt that he was too pushy and charged me but he did nothing but look in my vents with a flashlight.

I really dont understand this 1 star review. We were contacted through Home Advisor for an inspection at a rental property. Upon initial inspection of the ductwork from inside the house, it was noted that the home had a mice issue. There was a distinct dead animal smell coming from the floor vents, along with piles of fecal material inside of the ductwork. I informed the customer that the equipment we have is not set up to handle dead animal removal or animal fecal/urine removal. I offered to help by crawling underneath the home to inspect the HVAC system to see if the mice issue was localized to a certain area, and to see if anything coul

Jason Fricks of Keystone Air Care was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. He showed up when he said he would, had state-of-the-art equipment, and was knowledgeable. He provided a written estimate that showed exactly what I was paying for. He came to do the work when he said he would, completed the job in a very professional manner, gave me good advice regarding prevention of the problem in the future, and followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely use him again.

Very good communication and didn't put any pressure on me to hire them. Once I was ready to hire and although I was not present when they did the job, they came out within a couple of days and were prompt on the day of service, communicated with me during the cleaning, and cleaned up very nicely.
