You get immediate updates via text messaging on appointments and arrival times. Arrival times were spot on! We had a 30 year old system totally replaced. Amazing service from the first call when my a/c stopped working. Martin came out within a few hours to try and repair it. He tried to fix it but the 20 year old unit was definitely toast. The same day, I had a quote on a new unit and a visit from Kelly Burton. Kelly recommended the best options for our size home, our budget, and our allergies. (The Reme Halo is an amazing add on to our new unit). Kelly oversaw the install and followed up the next day to make sure it all looked great and everything was working right. He listened to what we needed, stayed engaged, and followed through even after completion. I highly recommend Kennon Heating & Air Conditioning for service and new installs.

Great service fast and reasonable. January in Georgia can be tolerable or frigid. Of course, our heating system failed on a cold January day. We contacted Kennon Heating and Air Conditioning before 8 a.m and received a call from their scheduling desk shortly after 8 a.m. They stated that they should arrive between 8 and 12. The technicians called prior to their arrival and stated they would be at our house within 30 minutes. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to repair the system. They operated efficiently and completed the repairs to satisfaction. We are now warm and cozy again.
