They were prompt and did a great job. My neighbor hired them as well because he watched them work and saw the great work out into mine!

Their proposal was $3,500 for a roof repair which they estimated would take 1 to 1.5 days. Ihe job from start to finish took 4 hours and we had to pay $3,500 Thats $875 per hour. Extorsion. The quality of the repair work will become evident when we get heavy down pours, but 4 hours of work does not add up to $3,500 Very disappointing. Materials used were felt and a 5 sq feet of plywood. No roof tiles. We also understood from the salesperson they would remove the tiles beyond the leak area down to the gutter. They did not. The workers were nice. they seemed surprised we were keeping o track of their hours.

Experience so far has been good. Like all roofers, Kennedy has to wait long interval for tile roof suppliers to deliver. Will update comments when tile arrives and work completed.

This company caused 27,000 worth of damage to my home and refused to provide the proper insurance information to my attorney. I have still not been reimbursed for this damage so I will be filing a complaint with the bar, and the Florida construction Recovery fund and I will request that they suspend Kennedys license. He should never have the opportunity to cause such problems for anyone else.

This is a very professional company and did an outstanding job on my roof. The workers and supervisor were diligent in their job and I would definitely recommend their work, efficiency, and would hire them again
