KLH worked with me on my home to prepare for it for retirement, a big project! Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it turned out. Got a new house! Great to work with, highly recommend.

KLH was great to work with. I had them remodel 3 bathrooms and they all came out beautifully! They handled everything professionally and provided updates throughout. There were only minor hiccups during the project as there are with any project in an old home but they handled each one very well and to my satisfaction. Their crew that was on the project was great to have in the house. Very respectful, professional, and open to discussion.. As a design professional, Iâ m very hard to please and details of the project and respect for my historic home matter and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend KLH.

Ken was able to meet and provide an estimate and answer questions about the proposed job. His crew were very good about working within my condo during the day. The finished results are beautiful and I am so glad I had the chance to hire this company and the results.

I was very excited once the project got underway. The owner checked on the work several times. If I wasn't satisfied he made sure the problem was corrected. The final walk through has not been complete due to not receiving the final flooring woodwork. Most of the workers were on top of things to be done. Greg was very personable and did a great job! I appreciated his loyalty to the company.

We went with KLH after interviewing multiple general contractors and are so glad we did. After hearing of all these horror stories from friends & family about the companies they hired, I wasn't expecting much but Ken really does mean it when he says he always takes care of his customers. To start, we hired him for a kitchen remodel. But soon after we had a separate emergency involving a big leak from a hard rain in the basement and I reached out to him as I had no one else to call. The next morning he was on the side of my house with a tarp and sealant! He ended up having his crew do multiple things to the side of the house to get us back to bone dry and it was really nice to have someone as determined as us to get the leak 100% resolved. On top of that, he would catch issues we didn't even notice and the ones we did notice he had resolved quickly. Him and his guys also had some great recommendations for our Kitchen and it turned out gorgeous. We had our first party with the new kitchen and received so many compliments! We will always use KLH for any future remodeling or home projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Ken and his finish carpenter, Greg were fantastic. Quality of work is first rate. I would hire KLH again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love our new bathroom. Ken and his team have been absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

We hired Ken and his team to repair some water damage in our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. They laid new floors, did some plumbing, painted, and replaced moldings. They did a terrific job on all of it, there were no delays, and they finished it all in four days. All of the workers, both office and in my home, were pleasant and helpful, and I hope to work with them on future projects. I can't recommend them highly enough.
