Kelly and her crew did an amazing job. In a time where supply chain issues were rampant her team was able to remodel our 2 main bathrooms, a powder room and our laundry room. The process was very low pressure and relaxed. The crew doing the work was professional and polite. The results were exactly what we wanted. The bathrooms are modern and updated and our laundry room now has function and storage. Everything looks fantastic. We highly recommend Kelly and her team!

Kelly and her team did a fantastic job on our home. We originally hired them a couple years ago for our guest bathroom shower. We then hired them for our flooring for our home and finally for our Master Bathroom remodel. They did an amazing job and we absolutely love our bathroom, especially our large walk in shower. Kelly was able to put everything on 3D which made it really easy to visualize what it would look like. We were nervous removing a bathtub and converting to a large walk in shower but after seeing the 3D we pulled the trigger to remove the bathtub and we are so happy we did. Thank you KLB for a great job.

After some major damage due to a internal wall water leak, KLB helped us through every step of the process including giving us sound advice on proper remediation plans. After that, they helped us turn a difficult situation into a really enjoyable remodel to turn our damaged home into the home of our dreams. The remodel included the entire home flooring, the majority of the home's drywall replacement, completely rebuilding the kitchen and bathrooms, and more. We were overwhelmed but KLB made us feel confident in the work being done and the beauty of the results speak for themselves.

Would give negative stars if I could. Contracted April 2022 and still do not have a kitchen as of January 20, 2023. Eight cabinets were ordered incorrectly resulting in the huge delay. The next expected delivery of a flat cabinet door to match my paneled doors throughout my kitchen is not expected until February 8th at the earliest. And I still am unable to have any plumbing or appliances installed until possibly next week since I just received two correct base cabinets. Do not understand how someone can not measure correctly so many times. I did not change the layout and this never should have happened. As if that wasnâ t bad enough all of her subcontractors leave a mess and create more damage than they fix. Absolutely no communication from Kelly or follow up. She will look you in the eye, make promises of a six week completion take most of the money $38,000 to date and basically lie. The cabinets take 8 weeks and yet she tore out my kitchen on June 6 th and didnâ t order the cabinets until the middle of June. I am astounded by the reviews on here and feel they must be from friends and family. I was contacted by two other people describing the exact problems I have had and one person was paying $200000.00 for her project ( and Kelly is giving her a spice rack discarded from my kitchen due to incorrect measurements). A former employee of hers contacted me after I posted on Nextdoor and said after two years he quit because he was tired of being yelled at by customers due to the errors Kelly made. All I can say is check with the BBB, the ROC, the Attorney Generals office and Nextdoor for Scottsdale Ranch. I personally do not have time to complain like this but in several decades of remodels done for over 15 properties I have never encountered anything like this. If you are brave enough to hire this company ( by the way her prices were right in line with three of the other 5 estimates I got, so she is not the cheapest), I would definitely get a completion date in the contract with severe financial penalties for errors on her part delaying the project, penalties for her not having either herself or a foreman on site at the beginning and end of the day when her subcontractors are on site, get the names ahead of time of the subs she uses and check their references and finally keep your fingers crossed because this has without a doubt been a complete and total nightmare. After what will be 9 months without a kitchen ( STILL unusable as of 8 plus months) I would look elsewhere. I had a complete bathroom remodel done by Arizona Stone Gallery including extensive tile work ( no flooring or tile was needed in my current kitchen project) in three weeks, start to finish using the same cabinet manufacturer.

Kelly is wonderful!! I love that she is a woman, is knowledgeable, and fair. I would recommend her a million times !
