Kolby was amazing in customer service, workmanship, and value. Two other companies came out and inspected, but never bothered to follow-up with a bid. I hired Kolby and I heard from him every day as KG Roofing juggled multiple jobs (from the recent hailstorm). He arrived exactly when he said he would and corrected several deficiencies from when the roof was originally installed during the 2017 build. When the job was done he charged me LESS than what he quoted in the original bid--so I paid him more than what he quoted in the bid because I appreciate KG Roofing's integrity, quality work, and very reasonable pricing.

I just canâ t say enough good things about Kolby and Kalen, as well as the entire Team from KG Roofing and Renovations. Had hail damage to a property in late April. After reading lots of positive reviews And speaking with Kolby I decided to have them work with my insurance adjuster. Having worked with various contractors, both for business needs as well as personal Needs over the last 40 years or so; I would say that the experience was one of the best I have ever had. Kolby meeting the adjuster made all the difference in being able to get 100% of the Damages on the claim. Another thing that impressed me, I requested that the gutters Be removed and me be given time to repair,prep and repaint the (very undesirable â masoniteâ material) Fascia as well as the entire exterior of the house before the new Roof was installed. Kolby had no Issue adjusting his scheduling, to allow me to do this. Most, if not all other contractors would not be willing to do this; and would just carry on with their predetermined Schedule. Whether there is an insurance claim involved or not, if you are looking for a company That takes pride in taking care of the customerâ s needs, is honest, and willing to work With insurance adjusters to get you the full 100% replacement that you deserve; you Need to give KG Roofing and Renovations a call. KG Roofing did great job fixing my roof, as well as always keeping me informed from beginning to end, including all advanced notice when crew comes in, all regulatory /code filing with city and HOA, negotiation with insurance company. And they are always, always on time, very rare I see in contractor. Highly recommended.
