The new exterior door is going to require a LOT of weatherstripping as it doesn't fit in the frame at all. The gap at the bottom of the door is especially troubling. I don't know what we're going to do to keep water from coming in under the door. What was initially estimated by them to be a two-hour project ended up being a two-and-a-half DAY project. To be fair, the work on the gate was very good, and the new screen door is beautiful. But the new exterior door is a failure.

It's early in the work being performed but I will say he was extremely quick and diligent to get the flooring up layed a foundation that looked well balanced and level and we put in the flooring tomorrow so so far so good.

I had a wall removed to open up my living room. Kam made sure everything was buttoned up from the framing and electrical work to the paint and finish. The finished project turned out great. Kam also helped with a couple of small things around my new home. I would highly recommend him and would gladly hire him again for any future projects.

Kam was very pleasant to work with. He came and did so much work for us at a fraction of the cost. I'd highly recommend him to do any sort of work around the house that is needed.
