Brothers Yonis and Edgar together with their team remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. The result was fantastic! All our friends admire our kitchen and bathroom now. Yonis and his company will give you a fair price with great quality. This team went extra miles in helping and advising us. We didn t even plan to remodel the bathroom in the first place! Everything was done in time. Yonis, Edgar, Mario, Arturo and others became our friends during the remodel and we enjoyed having them around. We highly recommended them! Yonis and Edgar did such a wonderful job of seeing the vision I had for my new kitchen and help make it a reality. Edgar is especially ready to assist in choosing the best countertop, flooring, and backsplash combo; he really knows what patterns and colors work together. There are always some glitches involved in any major remodel; we had a couple, but all things were fixed in an efficient and timely manner. I just loved all the sub-contractors, they were great! I am considering them again for another project.

Yonis and his team are responsive and thoughtful. I live in a condo and the crew is very respectful of the common areas and clean up thoroughly each day. We are doing bathroom remodels and my master bathroom looks amazing. Yonis is very talented and I appreciate his recommendations.

We had Yonis do a very large remodel for us. His work ethic and his knowledge was amazing. He always responded quickly and his crew was very precise and the final project was truly amazing and made for a magazine, absolutely beautiful. We hired K&B Remodeling and Sons, Inc. to remodel our mom's very old bathroom which needed some serious updating. Yonis came, gave us some suggestions, detailed estimate and timeline. He was true to his words. He did not disappoint us. The project completion and cost both were on target. From the first meeting till the completion of the project, either Yonis, the owner or Edgar his ever so pleasant brother were there every single day. They are professionals and very responsive. Yonis is a contractor that will go out of his way according to the client's needs. They are total professionals and don't like cutting corners. And at the same time, they are kind and considerate. Edgar took me shopping to pick out the tiles for the floor, the shower, granite for walls, vanity and fixtures. I wanted a custom built vanity and some extra storage space. They were very accommodating. We now have custom built vanity and storage space which we are very happy with. Needless to say, this project had some curves due to "this old house". But it didn't phase out Yonis and his team. Yonis consulted with us and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Another amazing thing about this team is that throughout the entire renovation, we still had the use of the toilet. Even when it was relocated with extra plumbing work. The amazing team made sure that end of each day the commode was hooked up and functioning - very commendable. Everyone was always punctual. They are responsive, efficient, very clean and neat group. It was a pleasure working with such an amazing group. We are also very grateful to Yonis, Edgar and their entire team for the consideration and kindness towards our 89 years old mom. We passed all the inspections with flying colors. The bathroom looks absolutely AWESOME. We couldn't have been any happier with the end result. From the granite shower wall, the floor tiles, shower doors, fixtures to the paint all look fantastic. This could not have been possible without the professional help and expertise from Yonis, Edgar and their entire team. We are very pleased with the outcome. Great large crew with no subcontractors. Hard and fast workers. Yonis has been very helpful with finish selection vendors, choices and finding the best prices for materials. He has excellent taste and a good eye for design recommendations. I did not choose them based solely on initial price, and I am very glad I did choose them. They have been very flexible and helpful and truly take pride in their work, always going beyond expectations. As I added scope to my project, they priced the add on work very reasonably and even added some additional work at no cost. I recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again.
