Hilario Aparicio and his crew from KBC Platinum Construction, LLC did an outstanding job removing deck boards and handrails that were showing signs of deterioration. His extensive knowledge, clear communication, quick response, and professional demeanor was excellent. He answered all my questions and concerns. Their work top notch and beautiful. They also installed stair tread and support brackets that were missing underneath the deck. I highly recommend KBC Platinum Construction, LLC, They are awesome!

I paid Hilario Aparicio, KBC Platinum Construction to install hardwood flooring per the sample I had ordered from Home Depot. What was installed was not hardwood. The finish on the stair nose has worn off and the flooring looks like laminate instead of hardwood. I requested that the leftover flooring be returned to me but to no avail. I was just another senior citizen to take advantage of.
