He falsely reported that there was a carbon monoxide leak, tried to sell me a high priced furnace, he had my tenant scared due to his false advertisements and she left the apartment. And also, he was going to call the city to report the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide but it is not true because the fire department case cause he reported us and they said there was no leak.

When I requested a quote via Angi, I was so impressed with how quickly Jump HVAC called and how quickly they were able to schedule the service. BJ was able come early and was great at explaining what he was looking for and doing. Very professional company and serviceman. I would definitely hire Jump HVAC again!

BJ was able to come out quickly to our house. He was helpful and professional. He was able to recommend and perform the repairs that were needed to get our furnace and AC at manufacturer recommended conditions. We really appreciated that he was able to come out to the house quickly and even came after hours on a weekend to make sure that the repairs were done as soon as possible.

I used Angi, got several calls, but BJ was here before the rest contacted me. Arrived at 10, done at noon, friendly, professional, informative, all around a great customer experience. I don't know what voodoo magic he pulled to bring this 20+ year-old furnace back to life, but it's humming along like never before. BJ was great, Jump HVAC was great, with various quotes and offers to sweeten the deal when I hire them back for more upgrades and improvements. Next up on the list is a complete electrical upgrade and new furnace/AC once this two-year warranty is up.
