Opening was available the next day. They were prompt, friendly, and got to work immediately. They did a great job and we highly recommend them. When we have need to carpet cleaning in one of our other units Judy will be called.

When they contacted me, James rattled through the pricing very fast. I found one part to be just too much, and he agreed to a reduced amount for that portion. I never heard a total so requested a quote, which was provided in email, although it made it look like the work was already done. I received multiple email and text reminders about the date and time, including a text an hour before hand requesting a confirmation, which I did. At a quarter past the appointed time, he called to say they were just a little behind and would be there in 20-30 minutes. At nearly at hour after he called, they were not here, so I attempted to call him back. It went to voice mail, and the voice mail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Perhaps 10 minutes later, two young men arrived and, after discussion, they appeared stunned that they were expected an hour and fifteen minutes earlier as they indicated they were not told that. As I went back upstairs, my phone rang, and it was James. I mentioned the crew's shock that they were expected much earlier, and he said no, they knew and he would talk to them about it. I told them what he said, and they still shook their heads. I don't think they were faking it, or else they were really well-rehearsed. I later heard them discussing that they had only gotten back to the office from the prior job a half hour AFTER they were supposed to be at my house. So something there does not add up. They did a good job, including getting a newer stain out of a spot by the front door, but although I mentioned that the risers on the stairs needed special attention, either they did not use the stain remover there or something as the marks remain, although perhaps marginally better. They could not give me a receipt because they said the office would send one by email. The amount did match the invoice. However, I never received a receipt and am using my canceled check as proof of payment. Note that there was not a business stamp used, but rather a scribbled endorsement and mobile deposit was used. Several of these facts present red flags to me. TL;DR The work was done and charged as expected, although the quality could have been better, and the professional presentation could be better by the office (full mailbox, lateness, appearance of throwing personnel under the bus).

Judy's Carpet Cleaning was at our home yesterday and did two bedrooms, an office space, stairs, and a large living room space. Their staff was very personable, professional, and efficient. They were in & out of the house much faster than I'd expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were able to get out some stubborn stains that we'd tried to address on our own - the carpeting looks like new! I'd highly recommend them.
