Great job Taylor Pollio and one other guy. Came in and got started right away. Had to stop around 2 pm to let cement dry. But came and finished the next day. Love my new shower!

This was our 2nd walk in shower conversion with Joyce Family / Bath Planet. Our installer Taylor Palio was very professional and helpful regarding all aspects of the project. When he ran into some potential problems due to unknown AC duct work run under the existing tub he was able to troubleshoot this issue quickly with his supervisor with no delays! I would highly recommend both Taylor and Joyce Family for any bathroom conversions.

William and Jeff were the installers for my oversized sliding door. They didn't excellent job working well together and cleaning up so that I never knew they were there. I am a repeat customer and would use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

The installers and the person who came out to talk about financing the windows did great. Bit the people I talked to in the office were kind of rude and the would hang up on me when I would call to try to get answers about when they would be installing the windows.
