Very courteous from the front desk person, sales and the guys on the job. Breath of fresh air in these times. Professional, safety conscious, fair pricing, efficient and able to accommodate my deadlines.

We can't say enough good about the crew and how well they worked, 1st week was windows and the next week was insulation. The window crew was clean, no dust or cleaning was needed upon completion. They even took our blinds down and put them back up when finished. The insulation crew was quick, quiet and we never really saw them. Except the occasional bump in the attic. We HIGHLY recommend Josh Lowe and his crew for good work, timely completion, and always a quick response to questions! Thank you Josh Lowe's Energy Saver!!!!

I can't say enough about DR. JOSH LOWE'S ENERGY SAVER!! The crew was on time , worked hard and made excellent use of their time. Tyler and Parker worked with 1 man down and still got the project done ON TIME! The very next day I could feel the difference in my home! The salesman promised rebate help. Not done. The crew wanted payment before the job was finished and got the one in charge got visibly angry when I insisted they finish before payment as agreed in the contract. The screens they put in the vents were not attached to the structure. And there is more. I would not recommend this company.

I have almost hit the one year mark as the production manager of this company. I can tell you we have won the bbb torch awardd for ethics on both dr energy and our sister company klaus roofing for a reason. Everyone top to bottom treats each other with respect, and true care. They follow their vision, mission, and values to a core. And always stay true to wanting to provide every customer with a WOW experience.
