Jose is very efficient and knowledgeable. He worked on my dryer that the timer had gone out. He had to order the part and then came back promptly and installed it. While he was here he looked at my dishwasher as I had put on (because I took it apart to clean it) took him maybe 3 minutes. I highly recommend Jose 100% very personable.

He responded to my call yesterday (Tuesday) and came this morning (Wednesday) to fix our ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. I sent him Model # and he came with correct part. Fixed it rapidly and explained what he did and also gave us some advice on the refrigerator itself. Friendly, punctual and knowledgable. I'd hire him again if the need arises. He is highly recommended.

He knew immediately the problem with my freezer, motor running but not freezing. Ordered the parts needed, when they arrived he put them in and it immediately started freezing.
