Jones Sprinklers, with out a doubt, is the BEST contractor I have hired over the past 50 years. The owner did what he promised and with a smile. The entire crew was very friendly and respectful. The overall experience was a 10 out of a possible 10. It is great to see a local company do such a superb job!

I thought I had a water leak in the sprinkler line somewhere as a portion of yard was overly wet and spongy and didn't dry out. Jim came out and checked it and advised he did not think there was a leak but that two of the sprinkler heads were set to overlap too much and it was getting to much water and its in a lot of shade so doesn't get a chance to dry out. He closed off one sprinkler head as it wasn't necessary and lowered the time setting. We will give it a two week try to see if it helps first. He didn't want to have to dig holes in my yard if its not necessary. He was very friendly, personable, helpful. And he played with my dog who absolutely loved him. I appreciate his going the conservative route first rather than just digging a hole that might not be necessary. I would recommend Jones Sprinkler and this technician especially. Really nice guy.

I have hired Jones Sprinklers on 3 different occasions. The first employee that came out did not make sure all the sprinklers were working properly, so I had to request another service call and asked them to not sent out the original person. Larry was the one that came out today and when he broke a handle and a sprinkler and told us it would be $500 to repair what he broke I was a little upset. He got very rude and told that Jones Sprinklers do not want our business anymore and got into his vehicle and left. Now we have a mess and the office will not take my call. I will try to lean their bond. However, now I have to hire another sprinkler service and they are 4 weeks out. I would never recommend Jones Sprinklers to my worst enemy and I will tell everyone I possibly can about how horrible they are. Update 7-22-2021 I did get a call this morning and owner is now coming out to look at this issues!

I have never been real confident of my sprinkler system..Iâ ve lived here for 18 years and no one could figure it out . Randy came and decided it was the manifolds needing to replaced. Steve. Came out yesterday and did the front boxâ ¦/absolutely unbelievable the difference from yesterday to today. I actually think that my yard may not embarrass my neighbors

I had a station on my sprinkler system that would not come on when I did my spring startup. My Technician was Steve and he did an INCREDIBLE job! First of all, let me just say, Steve was fun to interact with, even in the face of what turned out to be a horrendous job. Normally, I would just need to replace the diaphragm and that was it, but this evolved into something that neither of us expected. After quite a bit of troubleshooting, it turned out to be a faulty valve. It was no small task to even get at that sucker, let alone change it out, but Steve pulled it off and worked his tail off! Never once complained and was actually quite the character! I've worked with Jones Sprinkler in the past and will continue to do so. They were fair, honest and have always exceeded my expectations!

I was so impressed by everyone I dealt with. They made everything so easy. From scheduling to billing. Will definitely tell everyone I know about this class act company. And I will definitely use them in the future!

We had Jones Sprinklers come out because of excessive water in our back yard. Chris was our technician he was Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

I am not sure who came out, but he was awesome & very helpful. I have a dog & thankfully he was a dog person & my dog loved him! I would & will recommend Jones services!

Workmanship was excellent. Alex designed three new zones to cover garden and lawn areas that were not being adequately irrigated. He recommended new driplines and top of the line sprinkler heads to finish the job. Covid-19 got in the way a bit but we were able to work around it. The job came in under the bid which saved us quite a lot of money. We were pleased with their communication to us, when there were delays in getting started. They installed a state of the art timer box which is so easy to use. Wish I would have had it installed years ago. All in all, a great company and easy to work with.
