The install was good. It was a little pricey. We ran into a problem getting the inspection after the work was complete. Turns out they did not get a permit and the city of Grapevine refused to inspect without it. The inspection never happened so I don't know if they did quality work or not.

The response time was only a few minutes after I enter my criteria and plumbing problems. The problem was more extensive than we thought. The employees not only described the problems, they showed the damage to me and even email the pictures of the damage to my husband. The "minor" part of the problem has been taken care of and the more extensive repairs are to be scheduled later this week. If my builder had advised us of the "hard water" in Keller, we would have had the whole house water softener installed during construction. I have recommended Jolly's to my neighbors, same problems.
