John responded promptly to my service request. His quote was reasonable and he followed up with details. John scheduled an appointment within a day and arrived early. He was very pleasant and considerate. He completed the work efficiently. I will call John first for any appliance repair and will recommend him to family and friends.

John was very professional. He came right in and started to work. The only thing that I would recommend would be that a price estimate /quote for repair is discussed up front be fore start of work and receipt of work include parts and labor

John came to repair my appliance he was very professional when he came in he had everything that he needed except for ladder but even jokingly he was thoroughly into repairing my appliance he was courteous and I would recommend him to anyone as far as appliance repair very satisfied with his work.

The washers' main barring was shot. Cost too much to fix it. Decided to buy a new one. The Technician done a good job, just disappointed it could not be repaired for a reasonable price.

After using Sears for so long and dealing with their ever increasing prices due to their incredible overhead, we finally decided to try a local business. We found him through HomeAdvisor, and could not be happier. With Sears, they charge for a diagnostic visit and then we wait for the part, then wait for a repair. With John, we described the priblem
