At some point we ran into a difficulty with our contractor and John immediately came and rewrote the plans so it would work with the new contractor, even though his 1st set of plans was flawless.

It was pleasant and I hope everything works out.

John was helpful not only in the drawing but also in the design of our house. He was available throughout the entire process and continued to consult with us every time we needed him. We will definitely use him for our next project.

John is detail oriented, he brought several excellent ideas. He knows the codes and worked with officials to get the approvals. I got the permit and the project is excellent. John returned calls quickly and provided the research as necessary.
