This company induced my elderly parents into giving them $6000 for work that they were unable to perform. They have been avoiding their attempts to get their large deposit back by being unresponsive to emails, calls, and attempts to resolve this. This has now been going on for nearly half a year and my parents have still not received back their deposit. When we did speak to them they confirmed they would return their money and then they have disappeared repeatedly. I will absolutely be contacting the licensing board of the company owner and hope that we don't need to take legal actions. What a sad situation for my disabled father that they have stolen from them. I see other comments about the same issue and I would urge each of you to report them as well.

Unfortunately, we Rack Electric will not be able to proceed with this installation due to the following reasons listed below. I have reached out to my gas manager who is currently reviewing your contact and will follow up with details for a refund. - Tanks on site are single walled and need to be double walled ( Tanks must be pumped out and replaced with double wall tanks) ? The three Diesel tanks are unable to be tied together because they exceed 550G. Anything over 550G needs to be registered and insured by the state If you have any questions, please feel free to reply or call me on my direct line @ 561-879-9223 ext # 3 thank you. There is no refund due at this time as the $6808.72 Paid to One Stop Generator on 4/19/2024 covered the tanks that are indeed located on the customers property. Additionally, the deposit is documented as being paid directly to One Stop Generator, Rack Electric has no financial obligation to The [Consumer Name Removed] located at XXXXX Jupiter Florida [Consumer Information Removed]. As no financial transaction took place between The [Consumer Name Removed] residence and Rack Electric. I had solar panel problems, installed by a now defunct company, who never helped me. I found Rack Electric and let me say from start to finish they were excellent. The technician, Bruno, came out on time and took care of the problem! He explained what he was going to do and he did it! I also must thank Kyle for setting up my appointment. Bruno was very nice and professional. I’m very happy to have found Rack Electric and Solar.
Mr. Rack...I have been trying in vain to reach out to anyone in your company...I am a client, whom has been left hanging in a dire emergency for now, over 30 hours...no call back, despite me pleading with someone to,,,as a business owner myself, I would want to know how my employees are working to keep current clients happy...have you looked at the flavor of all of your recent reviews on both YELP and GOOGLE...they all almost say the same thing...I am begging you...please help...954-415-3359
Reviewing the customer profile and his complaint. There are 3 calls on 10/10/2024 when the office was closed, DAL messages were sent over to Rack . On 10/11/2024 there are 10 inbound calls , 6 calls were hang up calls. 4 Calls rolled to Answering Service A DAL message was sent to Rack on 10/11 for each call Rack Electric returned the calls on 10/11, 10/12 & 10/14 Service call scheduled on 10/11 for 10/12
Buyer Beware. Rack Electric will take your money and you will deal with lack of responsiveness and follow through. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything!

Rack Electric did our generator Maintenance, The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and focused on doing a great job. He also installed Surge Protection on our Generator to add an additional layer of safety and protection for our generator AND our home. Thank you Rack Electric!

WOW is how I will start my review, You have choices when you need electrical service for your home, We chose Rack Electric and it was the smart choice for us! We recently had Electrical work done at our home. We were met with outstanding customer service when we called Rack Electric. We were scheduled and the tech arrived the next day! The technician sent a text to let us know he was on his way, he arrived on time! He not only addressed the reason we called which was to install a exhaust fan in our bathroom, he also went up and beyond and informed us about some additional issues that we should fix as well, he presented us with a estimate, it was fine and he got everything fixed and installed that day. We are so happy that we contacted Rack Electric and want to say thank you for everything you did in our home. We are a customer for life! SJZ/DRB
