    They came ahead of schedule and completed the job in 1 day and delivered everything I asked for in regards to gutters, downspouts and leaf guard. In checking some of the leaf guard, I thought it should have overlapped a little more that it does.

    They did a wonderful job. Great communication. On time. Clean. They educated me on their process and other details of gutter work. They offered some upgrades which I did not do but they were very professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

    We had been all but bankrupted by an unethical builder that built our home so we are very leery of contractors but Joe was very professional and installed quality gutters for a good price. We never felt taken advantage of by him. He worked through two straight days and even in the rain. He even provided numbers for other ethical contractors to help us finish up building our home since the previous contractor took all of our money and left us with an unfinished home. Very impressed by Joe and his team. They work diligently and cleaned up appropriately. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

    The crew installed gutters on the front of my home, first and second floors. Before installation I asked the installers to check the wood behind the existing gutters to ensure it was good as I had just repaired rot behind first floor gutters. he said it was good but there was a problem and he could attempt to resolve the problem by installing a drip edge on the second floor, the shingles didn't properly line up with the gutter, I approved the additional expense. I discovered the real problem a week later while installing leaf guards on the new gutters. The drip edge resolved nothing but the problem was rotted fascia and the 2x4 behind it and that same wood had pulled away from the house by about one inch. This should have been very obvious to the installers as it was to me and I am not experienced. I called Joes Gutters and left three messages over a 5 day period and didn't receive a call back until I asked you for help. When they finally called I explained and only asked them to lower the gutters to the ground so I may make repairs and then reinstall them at no charge, they agreed. The second problem occurred when they arrived, the leader was angry, and reminded me of the need for the drip edge. I then told him of the rotted wood and the gap between the fascia and the house and that it is why the shingles did not line up with the gutters. He lowered the gutters and agreed to rehang them. I made the repairs and called their office Monday, left a message and have not received a return call, it is now Wednesday night. It appears I need your help again, please.

    Lawrence, I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the work that was done, However we were trying to work with you to resolve the problem at hand. We have come out to your home on 3 different occasions. The first time we came out (at no charge) we removed the gutters for you so you could fix the fascia. We came out the second time to install the new gutters on the front of your home. He did not see any rotted fascia and told you what he felt was the solution to your problem ( drip edge)and felt that you needed a carpenter because your roof line was really bad. You called and I spoke to you on the phone and at that time I told you there may be a minimal charge for him to come out and you got really upset about that. It was not our fault that after we came out the first time to remove your gutters so you could replace the rotted fascia on the lower area that you missed checking the second story as well. But we did lower your gutter for you at no charge on our 3rd trip to your home.. I was waiting for you to call us back to come and rehang the gutter when you were ready to have it put back up, which would have been a 4th time. I (the office manager) was out of the office that Monday you called and left the message and Tuesday due to having injections in both of my thumbs and when I returned to the office and I received your message I called to set up an appointment to have your gutter rehung. We had set the appointment and I then received this review that afternoon. I tried to call you and you hung up on me and then a few days later I received an email stating that you were cancelling the appointment. It was noted on your paperwork that there were roof line issues and that you should have drip edge installed upon initial installation. I am once again sorry you are dissatisfied, We were willing to try to rectify the issue but have not been given the chance to fulfill that per your request.

    Not happy with the service. Didn't realize cleaning gutters meant grabbing leaves throwing over side of house. I also had gutter guards but this did not solve my problem of overflow and owner would not do anything to assist. I wanted the downspouts cleaned but apparently that isn't included in "gutter cleaning". Go figure!!!

    Kim M. We have had you on schedule on 11-12-18 to come out and address the downspout issue you were asking about You should have received phone message on Oct. 30th. He has been scheduled out for several weeks which is the delay on getting back you. The overflow issue could be caused by a different issue and not the downspout. Your gutters being a 5" gutter may not be able to handle the volume of water flow your roof produces. We are sorry you are dissatisfied but are working to rectify the situation. Thank you. Update: We were back out to your home on 11-16-18 Joe double checked your downspouts and made sure they were not clogged. He verified that the further system was a 5" gutter system and that it may be part of the overflow problem. He also noted that you have some issues with pitch on the current system. I hope we have helped you to understand what is currently the problem and you are satisfied. Thank you.
