    I have used Jocobo Lawn Care for lawn mowing for over a year, at the recommendation of my landlord. On April 19th 2022, while mowing our lawn they shot a rock into the glass sliding door, cracking the glass with a clear rock impact and grass clippings sprayed around it. Within less than 12 hours, the crack spread from the impact point and completely shattered the outer pane of glass. I called and spoke with the owner the following day, April 20th, around 5pm, sent photos, and they agreed to repair the glass. The owner stated he would stop by to take further photos and clean up the glass, and would be looking into getting it repaired. The owner stated he would like to get estimates to determine if he could pay outright to have the glass repaired or if he needed to file an insurance claim. Right at two weeks later, on May 2nd, while the crews were out mowing the lawn again, the owner called me and admitted that he had forgotten about the door. He then stated he would be meeting with a glass repair company at the property in about a week. It is now May 18th, and I have received no further follow up from the company, my yard is overgrown, and calls for follow up are not being responded to. It honestly seems like I was just given the run around for several weeks, and now they have presumably chosen on their part to stop providing service. At this point, had they filed an insurance claim, the issue would more than likely already be resolved.

    Joe responded to my request for a quote in just a few minutes, kept me informed about when he'd cut my grass during a rainy week, and did a great job mowing and trimming my lawn. Very reasonable priced!

    From an email to having the mulch put down was about five hours. The crew showed up early and did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the work.
