Iâ m a realtor, and my client wanted to remove a building from her property before selling it. I did not have a referral for a demolition contractor therefore, I googled for one and Jericho popped up. They are honest

Everyone in the company are very professional and kind. Patrick tje owner and his poject manager were great! No hidden fees and it was a big messy job. My favorite worler was Aurto. He was dedicated hard working and cared about the work. Juan was amazing on the equipment. I got bids from others bit tjey also do construction they were 5 to 10 thousand more. It was nice to have a company that does mostly demolotion tjey are aware of all the laws, permit regulations etc

Jerico provided a prompt and detailed description of the work to be done removing a swimming pool in a small space with power lines across the middle of the job site. They quoted a competitive price. The crew and equipment arrived on time and completed the job in the promised time. They did more than was necessary . The crew was experienced, competent and solved problems quickly. Every one from Jerico was friendly and helpful. I would use their services again.

I am so glad I contracted with Jericho Wrecking to demo two walls. It was the easiest process Ive ever had with a contractor. They were on time, professional and their detail and approach to the work was exceptional. They cleaned up the work area to where you wouldnt even know they were there. Erik was very quick to respond to my request and took the time to answer all my questions. I requested the work and a couple days later they were out doing the job! When Patrick and Erik arrived they were very polite and quick to get started They explained what they would be doing. They were careful but quick and efficient. Very good and polite workers

The two-man crew were very professional and quick. The total removal of our aged patio cover to about 90 minutes plus clean up . They made sure that the post brackets were ground down flush with the concrete.
