Jerezee is the best! From the beginning I knew we picked the right contractor. They are so organized from the start. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Everyone was exceptional at their job. The design team was very patient and helpful. Shon the project manager was on point. I never worried about a thing because I knew Shon would take care of it. The gentleman that installed the tile went above and beyond. He made sure everything was perfect. Our guest bathroom turned out beautiful, I am beyond happy! You can not go wrong going with Jerezee. We recently moved into a new home in Las Vegas. Our new house did not have a fireplace, so we contacted a contractor to build a faux wall for an electric fireplace and TV insert. The contractor built the framing, and then he ghosted us. After several days of calling and getting quotes, I decided to move forward with Jerezee Construction, and Iâ m happy we did. Not only was the price fair, but they also uncovered the new framing from the previous contractor was leaning forward and not straight, which Jerezee Construction corrected. On day one, they made sure our floors were protected and partitioned the kitchen from the living room with heavy industrial zipped curtain walls so dust wouldnâ t be all over the downstairs area. I was instantly impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism of the workers at Jerezee Construction. Every evening, I received a text message for the next day's schedule, again impressive. Jerezee Construction even sent out one of the project managers, which I did not expect, to check on the job. Again, it is impressive how Jerezee Construction goes the extra mile. I was so blown away by their pricing, quality, and professionalism that I hired Jerezee Construction to complete my other project, adding soft closure and hardware handles to my existing cabinets and an interior door upstairs. And again, Jerezee Construction sent another project manager to inspect that work. Working with Ilan, Ian, and their project managers and workers was a pleasure. I recommend Jerezee Construction to homeowners looking for a company that goes the extra mile, has fair prices, honest, professional, licensed, and has exceptional communications than Jerezee Construction is the company to hire.

Jerezee Construction just completed a primary bathroom project for us and we could not have asked for a better, more professional five-star experience! We had just purchased a new build home and were underwhelmed with the builder grade combo fiberglass shower/tub in the primary bathroom. The flooring and mirror had to go too! We got quotes from several other contractors but were most impressed with the professionalism, communication and services offered by Ilan Sandler and the entire Jerezee team. We were provided with a designer, Clara, to accompany us in person to select the tile and stone materials we needed. She created an online shopping list of additional products to consider and guided us through the process. Every day of the project we received updates from our amazing project manager David. We knew in advance who would be coming, when and what the plan was for the day. If we ever had any questions or concerns, David or Manuel promptly responded and resolved our issues. All of the artisans were true crafts people and the tile work is ART! Every person who came to the house was pleasant and helpful and listened patiently to our questions and met every request with patience and a smile. The team took care to seal off the work area to cut down on dust and dirt but yet installed a zipper system so we could still gain access to the area when needed. This kind of project can be stressful and frustrating but the Jerezee team made it the least painful construction project we have ever experienced and gave us an amazing finished project that actually exceeded our expectations as well. We are excited about doing some upgrades in our kitchen with Jerezee as well!

Jerezee Construction is a class act. In seeking a firm to remodel a guest bath they stood out in every respect from initial contact, during construction and in final approval. The staff was excellent to work with and accommodating in every respect from the office staff to the team performing the work. The design team was terrific in helping me decide on layouts and materials to be utilized. I was unable to be around my home for most of the work to be done. Jerezee’s project management system was exceptional in keeping me up to date with all aspects of the project communications including pictures of work underway and any questions that arose.
