We hired Jordan to complete the replacement of a kitchen french door. We were mislead lead by Jordan. He quoted the job would take an 1 hour and a half, but it took more than 5 hours, leaving it incomplete, promising to come back 2 days later to finish the job. He did not follow up on his word. Additionally, before the job was completed, he ask for more than 70% of the money, which we paid, believing he would come back to complete the job, as he promised. Again, he failed to show up to complete the agreed-upon job. There was an extreme lack of communication over a 5-day period. We are extremely disappointed in our overall experience with this contractor. It's too bad, because he is very personable and all this could have been avoided by him simply communicating his intentions to finish the job and fulfill his end of the agreement.

Although he may have other jobs, consider using the phone more often to keep in touch with customers to say Iâ m coming, late, or on time. Personal young man.

He had a thorough knowledge of my defective product and accurately deduced the corrective action. He provided in dept explanations for each step. I was fully aware what he was doing and why. He ensured the work area was clean before his departure. I would hire him again and recommend others consider doing so.

Beautiful work and very conscientious to clean up after himself. Great personality and great work ethics. I would recommend him to anybody. He is unlicensed but to me he is on top of the list with all licensed contractors.

Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable in his skills and able to easily relate to the customer his intentions on what needed to be done.

Jordan was friendly, courteous and on time. He checked the sliding door and found the issues that was keeping the door from locking. He eventually proceed to make all the necessary corrections to fix my door.Jordan cleaned up the work area and gave me some recommendation for a new sliding patio door in the future. I am very happy with the repair service Jordan gave me. I will use him again. Awesome job Jordan!
