The team was awesome. Happy attitudes, arrive on time, always wants to help. We had the entire house windows replaced. The windows are amazing. Hot here in Las Vegas and the windows remains cool. Our home is cool and I'm sure the winter will be warm. You can call the office and the phone is picked up immediately. They call you by name, always works to get your request completed, and excellent customer service. If you are in the best for new windows, call before hiring anyone.

I'm late writing this review ... had windows and sliders replaced in January 2021. Great customer service! The owner Joe fully explained the products he recommended. Shannon in the office kept me informed about the ordering process, delivery and installation. I had 6 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced. Old windows were 20 years old and failing. New windows are beautiful. Installation was efficient and thorough. Joe stopped by to inspect during installation. The crew of installers were great, worked as a team and got the job done in 2 days, and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Joe, Shannon, Corey, Will and TJ. I will be back for a new front door soon! And as you predicted, my utility costs have decreased with the new windows!

I was truly impressed with the customer service at AHE. Shannon was a delight on the telephone and Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to my home to do an assessment. Corey, the installer, did an excellent job installing two doors and I would recommend this company with no hesitation.
