Contractor came from Albany to give me an estimate for my plumbing problem and was remarkably honest - he didn't actually do the work, felt that it needed someone of a greater specialization, and didn't charge for the consult.

Jerry came to the house exactly on time. This time, he had an assistant. He and the assistant worked constantly for three full hours. I had them take out a bathroom sink and install a new vanity. They replaced the bathroom faucet as well as the kitchen faucet and repaired leaks in the bathtub and kitchen sink. This was all completed for a very reasonable price. I would rehire Jerry again in a heartbeat.

Jerry responded to our inquiry immediately and came to diagnose the problem. He explained the problem in clear terms and proposed a simple solution. Scheduled to come back the same week - arrived on time and completed the work lickety-split. We might have been able to hire someone for less, but we didn't mind paying for fast and professional service.

He did an excellent job of determining what my hot tub leak was due to. He completely solved the leak and charged a very fair price for the job.

Jerry called first thing in the morning, made an appointment, arrived on time and made short work of what turned out to be a small but potentially damaging water leak. We could not have been more pleased with Jerry and it was nice to deal with an independent contractor that cared about his work.

Jerry came out this morning at 8am after a previous cancellation and finished the job around 1pm. I was very impressed with his professionalism, promptness and expertise.
