Jim handled the project in a manner consistent with the condo association rules without anyone complaining about noise, debris cleanup, work hours or the myriad complaints that usually come along with any project performed in a condo association. Jim met the condo association rule to match our deck precisely with existing and surrounding decks that were built in the early 90s. In addition, the price paid for the work was reasonable and the quality of the work is, thus far, near perfect.

Very good job with my patio. The craftsmanship done was excellent, I spent some time saving for this project and was expecting a good job, but they exceeded my expectations. He does good work.

Jim and his crew have done a great job on redoing my large paver patio. It required a lot of pulling out of old pavers, releveling the ground and a lot of other issues, but they were all over come and I have a beautiful new patio.

Jim is the real deal! HIs work is second to none. He is very meticulous in what he does and gets done in a timely fashion. He is very reasonable and I would trust him to do just about any project I have need of. He cleans up after himself, he is prompt, he keeps in contact with you and is very personable. He wont sell you what you don't need. Highly recommend.
