I hired James Williamson to do a roof repair. He assured the quality of his work. A week or so after we received rain and the roof started leaking he became unresponsive. 3 weeks have passed and he has still yet to follow up with me.

James called me with in a few minutes and came to my home within a few hours after my email to Angi’s list. He met me at my home and looked at the area and explained what repairs were needed to complete the job. The next day he called me and came to my home and completed the work. James was knowledgeable, professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Nice guys. I cant see the work since it was on the roof of a tall townhouse, but the ceiling stopped dripping rain water so it seems to have done the job

Mr. Williamson was very responsive upon my initial contact when searching for a contractor. Upon his visit to inspect the job and provide an estimate for gutter and fascia board replacement he surveyed the job, took pictures of the problem area and also identified an unknown issue with my chimney flashing which prevented future damage. Mr. Williamson and his team explained the scope of the required work and provided me with a fair estimate for the repairs. Upon reviewing all of the estimates I received, I felt most comfortable with their team and decided to proceed with the work. They arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the job within the quoted time frame and I received several compliments from my neighbors about the quality of their work. Do not hesitate to give them a chance to service your needs.
