I used Jacobs Ladder to replec my flat roof on a 2 story building and they did an outstanding job.

Initial inspection was very thorough so the estimate was the most accurate of all the ones I received. I was kept apprised of the work progress, and any issues or delays immediately. This contractor did an excellent job! Employees’ were polite and professional. There was one wee little discomfort with the transaction. The Contractor was a no-show the first scheduled day of work, but made up for it by doing an excellent job. I would definitely hire this contractor again, minus the no-show. Kevin was very responsive, courteous and helped to work with my insurance company (for wind/hail damage that had occurred). He was very transparent with what needed to be done and communicative throughout the entire process. His Pricing was fair for the job at hand. His integrity was apparent and I hired Kevin for the job (to replace the entire roof). Kevin always got back to me to answer any and all of my questions. Kevin even had his brother (also a roofer) to be present and involved when Kevin was not available (for family reasons). The job was done quickly (from start to finish) and done very well. The workers were very courteous to me & the neighbors property. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend using these guys.

This company is extremely responsive and they do quality work. They are reasonably priced and they correctly advised us that an estimate provided by Illinois Roofing was incorrect and overly expensive.

This contractor is very courteous and willing to work with your schedule. He explained what needed to done, and how he would do it. He has an eye for detail. He will return before winter to be sure his work is still looking good. The only imperfection was some overspray from the job, but he will return to clean it up.

We needed a very small repair on a decorative exterior board on our prairie style house. These guys (Kevin) responded right away when I called, and came out to asses the job within 24 hrs. We agreed on a fair price and work commenced 48 hours later. Great job and would use them again, unlike some other companies I contacted that never returned phone calls.

I think that I was over charged for the service I received. I kept having to text them to make sure they were coming. They brought a ladder but did not have anything to put the debris in when they took it out of the gutters. Forgot to get the silicone for the gutters had to go to a home improvement store. They borrowed a bucket from me.
