One can simply ask for no more. Jacob went above and beyond from start to finish. Very knowledgeable on the work being done. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for professional and outstanding workmanship. Project went so well that we will be using him for all future restorations and remodels. Jacob changed my old tired bathroom into a clean, modern and inviting environment. I enjoyed my experience and am pleased with the finished project.

This is the second time I've hired Jacob and his crew. First was for a different home and he had done the kitchen renovations there as well for me. This time, it was a much bigger project. Tore down two walls Demo the kitchen, powder room, stairway Installed new flooring Installed new kitchen cabinets and counter tops Replaced toilets and installed new vanity Replaced all ceiling fans Added new electrical outlets where needed Made laundry closet larger to fit new machines Added additional shelving for all closets and new hanger rods Painted where necessary and added new tiling to fireplace area Transformed the entire home and worked quickly. I would recommend having everything ready in terms of materials before starting the job to avoid delays. I would definitely be calling him for my next project as well.

Jacob Munoz is very professional and detailed. He always responded to our calls and answered all questions. He did a beautiful job on our kitchen floor. He also repaired sealed and tiled the outside kitchen balcony. We are very happy with his work.

We waited years to remodel our master bathroom, mainly trying to find a contractor that was reasonably priced, trustworthy and on the same page as us - design wise etc. Jacob and his team ticked all those boxes and then some! One of the biggest advantages to hiring Jacob is he only works on 1 project at a time, so your project starts on time, ends on time and the sole focus is on your project. If youâ  ve ever worked with a contractor and this wasnâ  t the case, youâ  ll appreciate and understand the value in working this way. He works with great sources which, if you use them, will save you time and money. The crew shows up on time and leaves on time everyday - very reliable. We completely demolished our master bath and had very specific ideas in mind and he was patient with everything - it was always YES, we can do that. Of course, there were changes along the way and they never balked at the changes or challenges that came up, which helped to keep us calm and confident it would get done and be done correctly. We will use them for other remodeling projects we have coming up, Finally, and this was important to us, they were very respectful of our home and our neighbors around us (we live in a condo), they covered everything, would leave it clean when they left at night, and hauled all the trash away, instead of using the buildingâ  s trash, which is a big deal in our building. One last thing, we have 3 very curious cats and the crew was very kind and patient with them, which we greatly appreciated! Thank you Jacob and team!

Jacob is excellent. We remodeled our Master bath. His crew was very organized, did all the demo, plumbing, electrical and tile. He stayed within our budget and his quality of work was excellent. We would highly recommend him.

We have used Jacob on multiple projects - from changing out floors, paint, tile install, etc. this was our biggest project with Jacob and it was extra important because it was for our primary home vs. rental property. Jacob remodeled our entire home and gave us great design advice when we were stuck between choices. Everyone who comes into our home has nothing but wonderful compliments to share. He also stands by his work. We had one can of defective enamel paint that impacted all our doors and trim that he sent his guys back out to scrape the old paint off and repaint it with a new can. I think other people would have just painted over the peeling paint, but Jacob wanted it done right. Would HIGHLY recommend Jacob.

Jacob and his team are fantastic. They show up on time every day and are very professional. Jacob has a lot of very helpful suggestions and is great at troubleshooting any issues that come up along the way. We redid our entire restroom and itâ s beautiful. This is my third project with Jacob and I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his team were really responsive and efficient with their work. They were great with communicating expectations and meeting deadlines, which is a rarity in construction. They take a lot of pride in their work and do an excellent job with bathroom remodels, especially with their tile work. We did also ask Jacob to help with some additional structural remodeling outside of the bathroom, which was not in their wheelhouse. However, they worked hard to meet our needs and expectations, which we greatly appreciated. We did have a couple of minor things that needed fixing after the construction was over and Jacob and his team were super timely with their response and took care of the matters right away. Overall, I would highly recommend Jacob and his team to my friends.
