Had to come out twice, but did fix my roof leak. Need to communicate a little better, a couple of times they said they were on their way and then I did not hear anything until I called them 4 hours later. Prices seem to be on the high side.

They charged for major part of work not done and signed a false statement incorrectly stating that that part of work was done. Communications were poor. They left my roof structurally unsound according to two experts. The job took twice as long and cost much more than estimated. All their work has to be replaced by another legitimate roofing company. The money I paid them has been wasted. They wanted early payment while I was out of town because I suspect they did not want their work inspected. My roof still leaks and they trashed my property and left the water faucet on while I was gone. They are grifters and the police were called out twice due to their threats. DO NOT HIRE JWB ROOFING,. if you do you will regret it.

This is a final review of the work that I paid 7100 dollars for before completion of ALL the work that was to be done on my roof. I paid their upfront cost to my dismay before the work was completed. I am in the 2nd week of waiting for the rest of their work to be completed. Guttering in the back of my home, nails placed on the metal to hold it down to the roof to keep the wind from blowing it away, and I paid an extra 1100 for work that they said was to finish the project at a final cost of 4100 on 1/11/23. I am still awaiting the completion of the work and right now it is a waiting period it seems. I trusted this company to do as I was told it would do to complete the work that I have paid in full for and am still waiting for the job to be completed. If this company finishes the job that I have already in good faith paid them in full to complete, I will update my review of their service. But as of this date and time, 1/26/23, I regretfully would not suggest their service!

More rain than we have had in three years. Our garage leaked. We highly recommend this company. They did exactly as they said in the estimate. We are very pleased and would hire them if ever we have to have a roof replacement in the future. Roger and Tyler were the men we dealt with. Both are professional. Roger was excellent and did everything by himself. He has a lot of experience.

Showed up on time. Completed the job in a timely manner

They have not had a chance to repair our roof because of the constant rain. Their customer service is outstanding. We trust them. We feel that they will do an excellent job. Soon as the rain stops our job will be completed. The diagnosis was what we expected and their knowledge of roofing is from years of service and experience. We are very satisfied and would like the privilege of doing another review after completion.

Came the next day. Got the job done within 30 minutes and was less the the estimated price angi said it would be. Very happy with their service.

Delivered as promised on time at a fair price.

These gentlemen were fantastic, arrived on time, actually a little early. Looked, gave me an estimate, went and got materials needed and finished the whole job. Very considerate, in cleaning up...I would highly recommend this company, they stand by their word, and show you pictures of what they are doing, so you can trust them....
