Joe answered every question I asked overlooked the whole Job while the guys installed the roof . Very please did a fabulous job . Clean the property after spotless . Would recommend using JS ALDo For your doffing needs

American Pride was by far the best contractor I've had over the years. All the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. Cost were very reasonable. Joe, our contractor, always kept in touch with me throughout the construction. The end result was evidence of his excelent workmanship. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new deck and I will most definitely use his services for future projects.

I was very impressed with Joe's knowledge of roofing, specifically he paid a lot of attention to venting and came up with a solution that is working well (house is cooler in the summer) and makes the house look great. His crew showed up early in the morning and completed my two story home in a single day; they were clearly experts at what they did and operated with military-like precision. It's been two years and two major hurricanes (Irene and Sandy) since the roof was done and I haven't had a problem.

Joe-very nice person, good initial presentation. Answered many questions before/during/after job "completion": roof/gutter replacement, ridge/soffet vent install; rotten wood replace. did some mortar work for $0. He said most of his jobs wrapped soffet/fascia in aluminum, which I didn't have done. But did not seem prepared to prime, paint & caulk soffit/fascia wood. Had to ask him back to check/do-even had to get paint for him. Claimed I wasn't clear about scope, but discussed/in quote. DId not seem to monitor gutter sub-had to come back to correct angle. Great clean up on roof, less on carpentry/gutters.

I never had anyone ask for a paint touch up. I should have been a little more clear in the quote, I guess. Gutters were put on with the industry standard pitch, he wanted more. Went back three times to adjust gutters to quell his concerns, which were a little unwarranted. But it shows our commitment to satisfaction. Gutter company did not clean up well, they have since been subtracted from my sub contractor list. Included much N/C (free) work which I guess wasn't appreciated in the end. Lesson learned.

First contractor wanted to replace half of the roof. Joe replaced 1 shingle and cleaned the roof. With the, lot of money, we saved we have Joe coming back for another project.. Great guy to work with, highly recommend him.
