Johnny smith gave me estimate of $600 to 800 to remove and install tub and replace tiles and plumbing. He removed the tub and put in the new one . I bought the the tub, new drain & faucet. I was trying to put in the tub drain stopper & drop the drain which was not connected properly under the tub. So I had to pull the tub out. At that point I find that Johnny had not use the connecting pipe to the drain but had left the old one in. I had to remove the old one and install a new one to the tub to the drain. I also find that he had cut the new pipe with a hacksaw and did not smooth out the burs in the pipe which was hanging up the tub stopper. I contacted him and told him the situation. He came again and put in the tub again and did some half ass title work. I have to remove what he had done an start over. I noticed that he should have had two pieces of drywall but only had one . I had the take that out also and install what was required. I also had finish the plumbing and tile work myself. I made the mistake of paying him the $800 for the job before it was done. I attempted to contact him about 60 time and send emails but not gotten any response since thanksgiving. I sent this same email to your online site a week ago and saw no response. This guy should be banned from your site. His work is disgusting. I don?t know if I will ever use angi?s list again to look for services. Richard Donato
