We had an unfinished basement project we were looking to complete. In this project we knew we had plans for a gym, a backstock pantry, closed off storage area, and wet bar / tv area for entertaining. We didn’t know however how to make it all flow, or have our vision come to life. Meeting JP Grabenstetter allowed us to do this. John came in and suggested the perfect layout for us and our space. Out of the 3 quotes we got for our basement this company was the far superior choice. He made our vision come to life, provided great communication on when the team would be doing what work during the many weeks of renovations, and answered our constant questions along the way. When we decided to finish out our basement we got estimates from 4 different contractors, we certainly made the right choice. I canâ t recommend John & his team enough! The transformation of our basement has been a great experience, from quote to finish the process has been smooth. John uses his own employees, all of whom have worked for him for many years, the subs that heâ s brought in only augment his team and have worked with John for many years. No worries of the contractor agreeing the job and then subbing out the work to the lowest bidder. John worked with us when we wanted to make some changes, and he even suggested some things that we were unsure of.

John and his team did a fantastic job on our basement finishing. His crew was professional, punctual and skilled. They finished my basement of 1300 sq. feet with in 6 weeks. The whole experience from sales to delivery was a good seamless experience. His office lady Cheryl processed the paperwork (change order, payments, ordering of raw materials, delivery etc.) in a very methodical way. There was never a confusion what would come next and how it would be executed. My friends tell me that my basement is of much a better quality than my house upstairs and I agree with them! I strongly recommend John and his team for basement finishing.
