I wanted to express my gratitude to Jim and his crew for the fantastic work they did in my basement. He made certain that all of my needs were addressed and that I was satisfied with the result. If you’re looking to get your concrete stained look no further. Thank you once again!

I hired the company to repair cracks in my basement floor that were discovered after ripping up the carpet. They agreed to repair any cracks and imperfections with a new over layer of concrete and then smooth it out and shine it. They asked me to share photos from their gallery of what I wanted. They did not repair the cracks, the floors have scratches, dents, and nicks and are not smooth at all. I called out the texture the first day they did the job and was met from then on with aggression and the refusal to fix my concerns. They told me my request made no sense. I picked out 3 photos as references from their gallery and they agreed to accommodate, but suggested I go for a mid-shine look versus the high shine as it would be ice skating rink shiny and would be hard to upkeep so we agreed to a midlevel gloss/shine. The floor they provided is matte and not smooth and is still cracked, it looks like a painted garage floor vs. a smooth concrete look with shine which was the whole purpose of my paying them (repair and design). They are refusing to communicate or resolve this issue. The owner (husband) came to my home today and I begged for a resolution as did my parents who were both on-site with him. He walked out and has refused to communicate since. They have not finished the job and have refused to fix the issues I requested from day 1 of the project (before completion). One of the owners (wife) has personally attacked me on texts and has refused to accommodate my requests. I was willing to have them finish the job and make it as they promised or have them refund enough money so I can have another company update before my household goods and family arrives at the house this upcoming week. They know the time crunch but are not willing to work this out with me directly.

They have done several jobs for me over the past couple of years. I don't know where to start. They answered every question I had over the phone and then Jim came out next day for estimate and was able to start right away. Their communication was amazing - they would email me every step of the way outlining everything they were going to be doing and when they were going to be there. If they said they were going to be there at 9:00, they would arrive at 8:50. The entire crew is professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. Jim is a master artisan matching colors for walls, bricks and uses an airbrush (he has done some faux work for me) I was really impressed at how tidy and organized they were. They actually cleaned up better than when they got there. I have been in the trades building homes for many years and these guys are phenomenal. They are also trustworthy to the extent that we would give them keys or leave the house open for them. When we were selling our home, our realtor told us that we had to do something with the basement floor. It turned out beautiful and our realtor stated "you know, that basement sold your home"! I just cannot say enough about this husband and wife team - I am sure I am missing something. I strongly recommend as this is an extraordinary professional.

Jim is awesome and awesome to work with. The crew is amazing and they have great conscientious work ethics. Always responsive whenever I reach out. This is a husband wife team and they are outstanding together. Jim also followed up to ensure we are happy with the work and service. I highly recommend and definitely will hire again.

Very professional, Laura came out next day for estimate (Sunday), great job explaining the types of concrete color staining and why one worked better than the other for my basement, they got work done quickly and worked with me on adjustments to color palette during the process. Final product was very nice and pleased with the outcome. The only hiccup was a misunderstanding about acceptable payment method (I don't use traditional paper checks), hence the 4 stars for customer service, otherwise great group to work with on concrete staining. Would use them again if needed.

Awesome job - my patio is now the showcase of my backyard. Lots of compliments from neighbors and friends.
