Joshua was an excellent plumber. He unstopped the blockage and did a follow up to ensure everything was working appropriately. He gave first class advise on future purchases. He called prior to coming to ensure we would be prepared for his arrival. He was courteous and professional. Thank you Flood for sending competent representatives.

Several weeks ago, I lost all power in a home I'm selling and needed urgent electrical help. After contacting a few companies with long wait times, I called John C. Flood. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10 AM and confirmed via text. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 9:15 AM that the technician, Andy, was on his way. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problemâ a power surge that fried the breaker boxâ within 10 minutes. Andy returned a few days later to replace the breaker box, completing the job in about 4-5 hours. Andy was professional, polite, and very experienced. He explained the issue and repair process thoroughly, and the price seemed reasonable. Iâ m very happy with the work done and would highly recommend John C. Flood for anyone needing electrical repairs.
