Reviews
Write a ReviewJon was nice enough to deal with but the limited amount of time that he spent, the amount of work involved and the products needed, nowhere near justified the $1,800.00 fee. He visited the house on 8/15, came back on 8/19 and was completed on 8/29, with a total of 90 minutes on the job. I have had bats return twice since his service was completed. The first time, he recommended I open the windows to let the bat out. The second time was this past Thursday night and I was told he would try and fit me in and I have yet to hear back. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I really dislike feeling like I paid way, way too much for the limited time involved and to not have the problem resolved.
The average cost of a bat seal up in the area is around $2,500.00. We did not spend 90 min on site doing work, we have 6 hours of work time on this contract. The customer did call us about a bat in the house before the job was finish. It can take 3-5 days for bats to vacate a home via one-way tube. I explained to the customer on the phone that all screens and doors need to be shut so bats can not re-enter home. The day we removed the one-way tube, windows were open with no screens. The customer did contact us last week about a bat in the house and I did reassure her that we would be putting her on the schedule to find out how the bat got into
Hello, I called JMB @ 9:47 pm on 07/15/2024 because i received a telephone call from my tenant stating a squirrel was in her apartment. i googled rodent/small animal removal and JMB came up, i called and spoke to John who arrived at the property within 20 minutes and the squirrel was captured within the 30 minutes of his arrival. John was very professional, courteous and his presence helped in reassuring my tenant he would get the job done. I would recommend JMB and i call them again if needed. thank you JMB Desiree Jiles
John was very good
Jon is awesome and affordable. Totally hire him because heâ ll get the job done quickly and efficiently. Heâ s very knowledge! Always support local businesses!!! Plus, I have NO more mice! Thatâ s the most important thing I can claim! Hire local businesses, always!
i thought the work was good , but overpriced
John was hired to remove squirrels from under our solar panels and installed wire meshing around the panels to elevate future problems. He was neat and organized. John answers all our questions and put all our troubles behind us. He was prompt, professional, courteous and personable. We would highly recommend John for any pest removal job required. Very friendly, caring and punctual. I would definitely hire them again.
.John was very personable. He removed the dead animal from our yard on the same day we hired him. He let us know when he would arrive and was good about self distancing.
we have not caught the animal yet but are trying..
He was very nice and polite, he did the job well and as he said he would. The price was a bit high but I will hire him again and hopefully negotiate a great deal. I did not negotiate this time because I was in a hurry to get the job done so it s ok.
I am very pleased you are happy with the quality of the work and the customer service. We strive to satisfy every customer. I am sorry you feel the price was a bit high, we always recommend getting a few estimates. We're looking forward to working with you in the future. Jonathan Bombard Owner
