The crew arrived on time and ready to go. The 3 guys worked very well together and got us out of the 3 bedroom townhouse in less than 3 hours - we had packed a lot of stuff already. They arrived quickly at the 2 bedroom apartment and started to unload and set-up right away. They were easy to work with and worked hard. I would hire them again if I ever need to move

Very pleasant customer service and the movers were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I called 15 minutes before the end of the timeframe they were to arrive was up (since no movers had arrived and the initial verbal quote stated they would call 1/2 before arrival). I was told they are running behind and was asked if I would reschedule for the next day. Said was not possible. The movers arrived hours late. It would have been nice if the owners/company offered a discount for the inconvenience they created. All in all, it was a good experience. Stu and Juan were really great!
